The Xiaomi smartphones are not equipped with the latest wireless charging up till now. But according to the current activities of Xiaomi, it’s confirmed that soon it will likely to introduce the latest trendy technology. As per information attained from the current reports, the Xiaomi has joined the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), which will make it possible that the next Xiaomi flagship device unveiled with the wireless charging features. While Xiaomi has not announced anything officially to affirm the report, whereas, it has been found on the official web-page of the Consortium recorded as the WPC member list.

The listing of WPC conveys that the next flagship smartphone from Xiaomi will equip wireless charging. Meantime, the recent information alleged that “Xiaomi Mi 7” will come with wireless charging feature and its exploratory manufacturing will begin earlier the Sprint Festival of China next year.
