Motorola’s latest the Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus will be sold unlocked starting in June. The phone will be available from Verizon Wireless though Motorola didn’t give a word explicitly that the handset will be launched by Verizon. However, it released some renders that show a Verizon-branded E4.
Among Motorola’s 2 new budget phones, the Moto E4 is the smaller and more affordable set that features a 5-inch 720p display and packing a 2800 mAh battery. It runs Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box and packs LTE, a Snapdragon 427 processor, 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of internal memory in addition to a fingerprint scanner, two cameras with LED flashes.
Unlocked, the Moto E4 will be have price tag of $129.99. At the moment it is not certain if the Moto E4 Plus will also be offered by a US carrier. However, the unlocked versions of the E4 as well as E4 Plus will be compatible with all appropriate operators.
