Unlike the rest of the smartphone manufacturers, Apple did give a deep insight into it handsets specs and features. Until recently, it did not mention the battery and RAM capacity of either of its handsets. Apple iPhone 7 Plus surfaced today on Geekbench test, along with it, a TENAA certification helped us to confirm that iPhone 7 Plus is the first iPhone to sport 3GB of RAM.
Through the entire year, we have been listening to the rumors that 5.5-inch iPhone phablet would have a 50% more RAM capacity then previous RAM which is now 3GB. However, this is very meek when compared to other smartphone like Android which are now posing for 2-6GB RAM. Because of the optimization used by Apple with iOS, the handsets survives with lesser RAM very easily. The Apple iPhone 7 continues to carry 2GB of the sweet stuff.
The chipset A10 is also 40% efficient than A9 and keeps the handset in works making battery life sufficient and longer.
