The developers and engineers at iFixit have recently performed teardown procedures on the new Galaxy Note 8 by Samsung, and it has been reported that it is much better in terms of repairability as compared to previously torn down Essential phone. However, that unfortunately does not mean that one can easily get into the Note 8.

If you want to make reparations on Note 8, first you will need to remove the glass rear panel, which would itself be a very complex task. This is because there is so much adhesion holding it in that place. In case, you will be aiming to replace the screen, then you will need to first remove both the display assembly and then the rear panel. Both of them are so fragile, but still they are secured through a very strong adhesion.

Moreover, Note 8 has so many modular components inside it, and that means one can replace different pieces just independently. And that is only possible when you have been successful in not breaking the glass while trying to get in.

So the tough adhesive material used in Note 8 makes it very protected mobile phone, and you cannot simply get in to it, as you will be at risk of even breaking down its functionality while tearing it down.
