T-Mobile has something special for those of you who are 55 plus. The US carrier is launching its newest unlimited plan, offering two lines of unlimited data for $60. BUT remember that to avail this offer you got to be at least 55! The new T-Mobile One Unlimited 55+ plan looks great who those who fail in this age bracket.

According to T-Mobile CEO John Legere, the new T-Mobile One Unlimited 55+ plan is designed to provide seniors a complete cellphone plan for smartphones and up to the minute devices. T-Mobile’s new offer takes a jab at rival AT&T’s Senior Nation plan, costing the same $29.99 a month per line for customers over 65. AT&T’s plan, comparatively, is almost outdated and just offers 200 anytime minutes, 500 night and weekend minutes, and unlimited calling to other AT&T users. Moreover, AT&T’s Senior Nation plan is “only eligible for basic phones and not eligible on smartphones or tablets.”

T-Mobile’s plan, on the other hand, is an obvious update to a market competitors have ignored. You get the similar unlimited calling, texting, data etc. with T-Mobile, but with options that are not limited to outdated flip phones.

The new T-Mobile One Unlimited 55+ plan will be available starting today at T-Mobile stores or online.
