According to a reliable source, merger between Sprint and T-Mobile is expected in late October and the two carriers have almost accepted each other’s agreeing terms.

Tipsters say the deal might call off but the chances are low. The two parties have reached to an agreement and most of the clauses under acceptance. And the given timeline for the deal to strike is October.

However, neither Sprint nor T-Mobile dropped any comments on this news leak but they have provided hints for the possible merger. Sprint Chief Marcelo Claure made an announcement in August that merger talks would happen in future.

T-Mobile after the merger would get a lot of Sprint huge base of subscribers, which otherwise T-Mobile was gathering by spending large amount of money. Sprint just achieved the profit level by doing deep cost cutting and looking positively to this merger. Both companies are seeing this merger like ‘now or never’.
