Sony’s Upcoming Smartphone with Snapdragon 845 SoC Leaked

A recent leak reveals that Sony is working on an upcoming smartphone, expectedly the Xperia XZ2 that will run the new chipset “Snapdragon 845 SoC”. According to GizmoChina’s shared document, the professed Sony Xperia XZ2 will likely to be revealed in the first quarter of 2018. The leaked Sony smartphone is having the model number H8216. The leaks suggest that along with Snapdragon 845 SoC, the smartphone will be adorned with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The device will measure 148×73.4×7.4mm, and weighs about 156 grams.The smartphone will have an IP65/68 rating, which makes it dust and water resistant.

The leaks reveal that the purported Xperia XZ2 will come with a 5.48-inch Full HDR display along with an X-Reality image processing. This forthcoming Sonysmartphone will launch with two 12MPrear camera sensors, and a 15MP selfie snapper on the frontaccompanied with an f/2.0 aperture. The device is likely to run Android 8.1 Oreo OS, and it will be fueled by a 3,130mAh battery with Quick Charge technology.We can expect that Sony will make an official announcement about this upcoming mobile at MWC 2018 or CES 2018 in February.
