Very recently Times Square has a serious suggestion for Apple. It has offered that the company should change the title of its upcoming iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. The company suggests it is in the best interest of Apple to make it iPhone 7.

While considering the history, Apple since 2009, has started launching the S series where the design remain same as that of smartphone carrying original iPhone moniker. Apple just introduces few upgrades and launch the same iPhone model (in that particular year) with “s” moniker in it. The latest iPhone 6s is likely to launch with Force Touch and camera department carries a different 12MP rear and 5MP front unit. For most of the part the design will remain same.

A small marketing company named 6S is making a request to Apple to grab market’s attention. The company names itself 6S because it sounds close to success according to CEO. If we closely look at this publicity stunt, it we definitely benefit the 6S in case Apple does not change its upcoming handset name. No doubt 6S Marketing will pick up a few new clients after showing New Yorkers how well the company links to Apple to gain some national notoriety.

“Our name is very important to us. After the iPhone 4S and 5S launched, we realized that our once-unique name could be in jeopardy, linked to the most popular mobile device in the world. We love Apple’s products; most of us use iPhones on a daily basis, and we’re flattered to potentially share the same name. However, we would prefer that Apple change the naming convention and consider calling their next phone the iPhone 7.”-Chris Breikss, president, 6S Marketing commented.
