One company or tech giant is under image crisis and it is obviously none other than Samsung. It seems, Note 7 fiasco has derailed a lot from its shoulders like loyal customers. For most of the market, it is perceived, retaining customers will be hard for Sammy now, esp. now and next for Note devices.

Samsung will retain customer loyalty up to 70%: Research Firm claims.

There has been many rumors indicating increasing losses, other claiming unharmed profits despite of Note 7 debacle, few talks about halting of Note series production forever, others says the company restructure its quality assurance and will continue with the product.

Whatever is true, a new survey shows company still has the customers and loyal ones. It is obvious, company has such a wide range of products to offer and nobody doubts everything is faulty. Moreover, years of experience has make them to trust the brand. No matter what Note 7 fiasco is, Sammy still holds strong position as top smartphone brand in minds of consumers.

“We believe the vast majority (70%) will remain with Samsung and likely choose a Galaxy S7 device alternative. The second, and more difficult variable, is what percentage of switchers are willing to leave the Android ecosystem. Note customers are aspirational and value premium brands, and thus the iPhone could certainly appeal to them. However, Note customers are also among Samsung’s most loyal.”

The remaining 15% chose to adopt iOS devices while the rest 15% affirmed to stick to any other Android brand. Moreover, those who still use Samsung after Note 7 burn out, will do it because of its quality and not the incentives it is offering.
