QMobile has been putting a lot of effort for making its phone best buys in the industry by providing cheap but cutting edge technology. The company has introduced Z8 Plus which is the bigger sibling of Z8 but features less changes when compared to its smaller counterpart. Moreover, an important aspect is that QMobile is using Snapdragon 410 SoC for both smartphones despite of its loyalty to MediaTek. Jacqline Fernandaz was the brand ambassador of this campaign. Qmobile brings the fastest and the most reliable to this handset by introducing amazing specs and features. Also the device has many pros, and cons which we will discuss later.

There is not much difference in the two handsets except the screen size. The Z8 has 5-inch screen while the Z8 Plus has 5.5-inch screen. Both handsets have the same design language. Usually the Plus version exhibit something extraordinary but this version has nothing special to talk about. The drawback is when you get a super giftpack with the same surprise inside. This does not sound welcoming but this is how the company’s usually pack their major offerings. The shape is nice and fits well into hand, plus it has a sandstone back cover.

The RAM and SoC is very important when it comes to the efficient performance of the handset. The Z8 Plus is no lucky to have a very high-end chipset which can put everything behind. However, it makes gaming and HD videos go more smoothly. The handset is running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC, which is definitely not high-end when offering Plus handset and a premium device. The RAM is 2GB, which I found pretty necessary as it can perform multi-tasking well. The internal memory of the handset is 16GB, which is sufficient when we have the option of 32GB expandable storage via microSD.

In order to assess the camera set up of the device, we need to look into the convention set up these days for mid-range to high-end offering. The rear adorns a 13MP unit which is acceptable when it comes to offering of same sort. We have observed, even though companies keep offering low specs, still they show considerable benevolence when it comes to camera section. That is why a standard 13MP tradition is kept intact when it comes to offering handsets like Z8 Plus. The secondary camera is 5MP. Further, it has 2820mAh juicer to give life to the handset.

We are confused, Z8 Plus is the same as its smaller sibling, but if you like a change in display as your priority, you can still consider it.
