The selling expectations from the S6 and S Edge have been increasing. Initially 38 million units were forecasted not the analyst have reached up to 46 million. Now 20 percent increase has also been predicted which might get up to the shipment of 55 million units. The duo will start shipping on April and the first quarter is expected to make sales of 22. 2 million but currently 20 million shipment is in target. For the following quarters 6.2 million and 12.5 million units are forecast to be sold to consumers.

By that time competition will also be fierce as HTC M9 will soon launch as well and the shipment is not far off.
