A couple of weeks back Samsung reported that it will soon start updating Marshmallow 6.0 to its devices. While announcing this it did not hint which Samsung devices will get it first. Very recently, the Korean tech giant has unleashed a full list of devices and versions that will get the update.Initially, the flagship devices and their versions

will get the update. Top of line is Note 5 and S6 Edge + that will receive the update in December, while the S6 Edge and S6 will get it in January. The Fifth and Sixth come the Note 4 and Note 4 Edge in February. This is the same month when S7 will launch with Marshmallow 6.0 under the hood.

Two of the Phase 1 and all of the phase 2 devices are waiting approval. There is also phase 3 which is not currently listed or leaked. It includes other devices that will get the update next year. There is however still unknown when the phase 3 devices’ name come around.
