In the MWC event to be held next month in Spain, Samsung is going to announce the new Galaxy S9 and S9+. Both the smartphones are also almost ready for launching in the market, as they have now also passed the FCC certification.

As per the Federal Communications Commission listings, Samsung Galaxy S9 will have the most number SM-G960 and Galaxy S9+ will have modal number SM-G965. Both of these phones will be supporting the major LTE, CDMA, GSM, and UMTS bands. These phones will be manufactured in three countries, i.e. China, Vietnam and Korea.

The FCC Certification has approved the four models of these two phones, i.e. two for each. SM-G960U and SM-G960U1 are expected to be for US-bound phones, while SM-G960W is reserved for Canada, and SM-G960XU is for global.

The leaks from the retail box of the phone suggest that S9 will have 12MP main camera, and it has got a lot many other features including stereo speakers, IP68 certification, wireless charging and iris scanner.
