Samsung recently made officially its very brand new device Galaxy Active Neo exclusively to sell in Japan. It will be available internationally in few months.

It is a mid-tier with 4.5-inch WVGA (480p) display and runs on a Snapdragon 410 chip withquad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A53 CPU,Adreno 306 GPU. Further Active Neo accompanies the efficient 2GB of RAM and 16GB expandable storage.

In camera department, Active Neo carries 8MP main unit and a 2MP selfie shooter. It is powered by 2,200mAh battery with connectivity options including LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 and NFC. The device boots Android 5.1 Lollipop.

This device also covers a milestone of dust and water resistance of IP68 certification which means it can sustain 1.5 meter up to 30 minutes, and with MIL-STD-810G certification it can resist for salt and sea water, dust, humidity, rain, vibration, solar radiation, transport and thermal shock resistance. It is also build to withstand 2 tons of load and can endure when dropped from 1.5meter on concrete.

The pricing is currently JPY 20,000 which translates into €150.
