Samsung has done all it can to retrograde the effects of it Note 7 fiasco while indirectly communicating hope of Galaxy Note 8 in coming year with more powerful specs. The company is currently offering exchange program against the handset where Galaxy S7 and S7 edge can be exchanged with the faulty Note 7.

Another interesting development is that company has recently announced an upgrade program to compensate its customers. Anyone who will have an exchanged Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge can further upgrade to Note 8 and S8 while paying half of its purchase price.

Interestingly, this is the best way to indirectly communicate what is Sammy is up to after its Note 7 debacle. Currently the Upgrade Scheme is for home market and there is no news whether it will go beyond boundaries.
