If we see the social norms of Pakistan, this statement is quite against the general public sentiments for the celebration of victory. This has created a major controversy on internet regarding the language and intention of the lady.

There are two types of opinions, the one is supporting Qandeel Baloch and one against it. One is saying she is an independent woman and can do that. The other are of the view that she has just done a publicity stunt to fully enter the media and grab its attention.
