Oppo shipped approximately 25-30 million smartphones this year. Next year the number is expected to double according to Digitimes report. The new number is reported to be 50 million smartphones out of which 35 million smartphones will be shipped to china and the rest will go to international markets.

According to a report, the company will preferably sell entry level smartphones in both domestic and international markets. This will also, as a result, increase the company’s purchase of Mobile chipset from MediaTek.

The report also states that Oppo will soon be setting up production plant in Indonesia, where it already claims 6.5% market share.
