Obi Worldphonehas recently launched a very affordable yet capable smartphone. The 149 MV1 has been announced last week at the MWC. In 2015, Obi Worldphone launched the $250 SF1 and the $149 SJ1.5.The device packs 5-inch HD display with comes with a pixel density of 294ppi. It runs on a 1.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 processor with Adreno 304 GPU. It will either have a 1GB or 2GB RAM, with 16GB in-built storage (expandable via 64GB with microSD).

Camera-wise, it features an 8MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash with f/2.2 aperture and also pack 2MP front facer.

It has Dual-SIM support and Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi direct, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, and Micro-USB.
