The affordable vivo Y51 is now official

Apparently vivo did not want to distract audience from the main offering that is why the first appearance of vivo Y51 is very silent. However, it is now listed on the official website. This will allow us to have closer view of the device.

As far as the full spec sheet is concerned, it has a 5-inch display having a resolution of only 960 x 540 pixels,which is obsolete, so it may not come as a complete budget friendly offer. The Y51 is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC with 2GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.It has 16GB storage with microSD which gives up to 128 GB. The camera is the usual, 8MP at the rear and 5 MP as front-facer.

It runs on a 2350mAh battery and supports LTE and Dual-SIM. The Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM radio and, surprisingly, infrared.
