Microsoft confirms of solving Lumia 535 touch problems till December 27

Since Launch this month, Microsoft Lumia 535 and its dual-SIM sibling have been experiencing touch issues with its system. Previously, Microsoft has also issued promising agenda to solve this issue. A lot of users are complaining about improper multi-touch detection and low touch sensitivity which either result in detecting finger wrongly or registering it in the wrong place.

Microsoft has already addressed the issue well and has confirmed that the issue has been acknowledged and soon a firmware update will resolve the issue till 27th of December.

The dual-SIM 535 launched in Vietnam will be getting an OTA update on December 27 that will normalize the touch sensitivity issues. This piece of info comes from an official Microsoft support email; send as an answer to a concerned buyer.

Whether this firmware will be readily or widely available after Vietnam gets is still unknown. But it will hit all Lumia 535 flavors all around the world same time Vietnam will be getting it either on 27th December or shortly after it.
