Smartphones with longer battery life are the ones preferred more by the buyers of Asian markets. The reason is the long and free talk time being offered by various Telecoms. However, smartphones even the flagships do not make most of its battery during heavy usage. Phonearena has recently published a ranking of smartphones with best battery life. Each device was tested under same conditions like brightness and other factors for accurate results. The first is Huawei Ascend Mate 2 4G with 11 hours 26 min. It is followed by Sony Xperia Z3 Compact with 10h and 2 min. The third position is secured by Sony Xperia Z3 with 9h 29 min. The fourth, fifth and sixth positions are Huawei Ascend Mate 7, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Note 4 respectively. The Google Nexus 6 was rated 7 while iPhone 6 Plus was ranked 10^th. The Other Smartphones like HTC M8, Samsung Galaxy S5, LG G3, Apple iPhone 6 also participated in the testing and fall in top 19 ranked by Phonearena.
