Today, Lenovo management officially announced its acquisition of Motorola from Google has been completed. The value of the total acquisition is US$ 2.91 billion announced in January 2014.  It is interesting that Motorola Headquarter would remain in Chicago and its brand is in tact, but it is now “Lenovo Company”.Lenovo will manage and operate Motorola as whole owned subsidiary. All the current products like Moto X  2014, Moto G 2014 and the Moto 360 are owned by now Lenovo.
