Here are six steps that can help stop distracting App and increase your productivity.

Step 1. First visit the Play Store online and download Clear Lock free.

Step 2. The app will need special permissions. Click the “Give Permission”. Once you’re in the Android settings menu, slide for Clear Lock to on. When it is green go back to the app. Clear Lock only works when permission is granted as it has to track which apps you’re using and block the ones that are distracting you.

Step 3.When you need focus at work, open Clear Lock.

Step 4. The app will block some pre-defined apps first. By default, it blocks the instant messaging apps and the social networks. You can also block each app individually to exercise more control.

Step 5. Once you have selected all distracting apps, press “play” button. The app will ask for a pre-defined time, where can choose to block distracting apps anywhere between 10 minutes and three hours.
