The best smartphone of 2017 was iPhone X, and it seems strange to know that this phone has been behaving as a mess over the last few days in case of many people who have reported that they are not able to answer the call for many seconds while the phone keeps on ringing.

The actual issue is that the ringtone will be played as soon as the call is up; however, the screen will appear as off for many seconds, and it will hence prevent the user from answering the call. According to a report, more than a thousand people have been affected by this issue already.

Additionally, people have already tried to reset their phones for fixing this issue, and they have even updated their iPhone X to recent iOS, but to no avail. Apple has said however that it is currently working on this issue.
