WhatsApp is working to enhance its security. Android has introduced a new feature in its beta version. WhatsApp has introduced 6-digit passcode for the users and security. To make new account on new device, initially it used to ask for phone number verification. Now it will also ask for passcode.

How to use two-step verification of WhatsApp to make it more secure.

WhatsApp has mentioned that you don’t need to enter the passcode every time you enter the app, however, WhatsApp will ask for the passcode few times. We have no clue that when and why will WhatsApp will ask for passcode, but we can assume that if it is for too long that we have not used the app.

Also, you have to give e-mail address, so that in case of you forget passcode, WhatsApp e-mails you passcode. WhatsApp will not verify your e-mail, but it will be asked twice for confirmation. After activating two-step verification, you can easily save account deletion or data deletion by providing e-mail address.

Hopefully this feature will soon be rolled out to user.
