Google Pixel 2 and 2 XL: Do not confuse a bug for secret menu button

  MPC Team

As majority of the people will be getting their pre-ordered Google Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL this week, one thing that everyone should be notified now is very important. According to the Android Police, a secret menu button was first discovered, which could be accessed through the navigation bar on Pixel 2, but it was later confirmed by CNET that it’s nothing more than a mere bug.

The user can simply tap on the lower right corner of the display option, which is placed just on the right side of recent apps button, and there one will feel a haptic feedback where it would be felt as if the button from a navigation bar has been pressed.

So this button might actually work like a menu key, but the new confirmation has arrived stating that this is not a feature; rather it is actually a software bug. Google has decided already to fix this issue in the upcoming update. This would also mean that the hidden menu button, which is actually a bug, will not be there for long.
