According to latest reports, Google is prepping an in-house start up incubator. The sources told that Google will be launching Area 120 soon. The startup will be headed by Google’s executive Don Harrison and Bradley Hurwitz.

Google has planned Area 120 to retain Intelligent Employees.

The incubator has the same work like other incubators. Intelligent employees will present their ideas in the incubator and upon approval can work on them.

The employees with ideas will also be provided fund under Google and will be given the opportunity to plan their own companies.

In Area 120, 20% is the time employees will utilize prepping for the project. Which means Google wants that employees spent 1/5 part of their work time on Projects. Incubator is intended to retain Google’s employees.
