Recently, a German Consumer Group or Federation of German Consumer Organization has sued WhatsApp.

According to this Group, WhatsApp has rolled out some changes in its Privacy Policy, which is illegal.

WhatsApp has asked subscribers to share their data with Facebook. Those consumers who permitted, WhatsApp is using to facilitate these users in the back end.

German Consumer Group says, every subscriber must be informed where and how the data is used.

It is important to know, that Germany is the only country of EU where Google Street view is not available. This is also restricted on the request of German Consumer Group.
