The Coolpad Company has launched its flagship smartphone in the Indian market dubbed as Cool Play 6. The Coolpad latest mobile is priced at INR 14,999. The smartphone was launched in China back in May, and the company claims that it has customized the smartphone for the Indian market segment. The Cool Play 6 will be available for purchase in India from September 4 exclusively via Amazon, in Black and Gold color options.

The Coolpad new smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD display (1080×1920 pixels) and runs Android Nougat 7.1.1 based custom Journey User Interface. The smartphone is running by the 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM. The Coolpad Cool Play 6 has 64GB internal storage capacity and the dual-SIM phone features hybrid setup. The smartphone houses a 4000mAh battery.

The Coolpad Cool Play 6 has a dual rear camera setup of 13-megapixel, with f/2.0 aperture, dual-LED flash, support for HDR and 4K videos. The front-facing camera has an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The connectivity features on the board include Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB Type-C.
