AT&T Galaxy Alpha, S5 Active, and LG G2 is receiving Lollipop update

The Lollipop update is just on the Roller Coaster ride for various smartphones in the market. It is rolling out within days for the major smartphones in the market.Very recently, Samsung Galaxy Alpha, Galaxy S5 Active and LG G2 at AT&T’s has started receiving its Lollipop update. If you have made purchased from AT&T you are the lucky one to get this treat very soon.
The other carrier versions of Galaxy Alpha is not having Lollipop update which means this a debut at AT&T. While LG G2 and S5 Active both have the update at few other carrier versions.The download size for Galaxy Alpha update is 1GB. It runs Android 5.0.2 build LRX22G.G850AUCU1BOC6. The update also removes SoftCard app. In case of Galaxy S5 Active The download size of file is 1.4GB and build is LRX21T.G870AUCU1BOC5. The update file for LG G2 is 725MB in size. After the update you have Android 5.0.2 and software version D80030f.The new release removes Browser Bar, Famigo, AT&T Code Scanner, and Beats Music.You can check for the update manually by using the suitable option in Settings. This may or may not at once download the software. If it doesn’t, then know that the rollouts should make their way to all phones out there in a few days.
