Very recently, the second iOS 9 public beta has been rolled out by Apple for those who are running the first iteration. The first iOS 9 public beta came earlier this month.
The new iOS 9 public beta will now feature Home Sharing for option that allows sharing your iTunes Library through a Wi-Fi network with other mobile devices. The Handoff feature in the app switcher has moved to the bottom of the screen. Also you can now take photos with volume button. A new iPod touch support has also been added.
Apple iPad users can also switch to multitasking using the Picture-in-Picture option. Several bug fixes and improvement twists are bundled along as well.
However, it still a work-in-progress and not a finished build, so the instability and bugs are likely to appear. If you wish to try this second iOS 9 public beta, sign up using your Apple ID.
