Apple is finally close to a solution to compete in Indian market. It has been reported that Apple’s representative and Indian government officials are in negotiation to set up a manufacturing plant in India.

The Cupertino giant is looking for real presence in region and the opportunities lying ahead. The company is also looking to boost its production.

Last month Apple wrote a letter to Indian official giving recommendation for this plan and ask for favor form Indian side. Apple representatives have also met Indian Trade minister last week.

Apple representatives have been urging to set up a plant in India which will increase smartphones presence in the region.

Sadly, only 5% people in India use Apple iPhone.
