The Korean giant has reported to work on the successor and a Global Tizen Model which will be available in key markets such as the United States, China, Korea, and EU among others.Samsung Z2 is featuring the 32-bit quad-core CPU with 1GB of RAM, and is powered by 2,000mAh battery. In line with past rumors, the device is said to pack a qHD TFT-LCD display. The device is expected to launch in the first half of this year with new Tizen 3.0 UI.
The Global version is rumored to carry 4.8” 720p display with 2GB RAM and 8MP rear camera. The device will be powered by 2,600mAh battery.
A successor of Z1 will not be a surprise. Z1 was an affordable smartphone and did well in both India and Bangladesh; the only markets where it launched. Now it’s the time to keep an eye on what Samsung brings next to Tizen store.
