Last year Qukitel surprised us by introducing a smartphone K10000 with 10000mAh battery. This phone has rather meek specs which did not support why the company has to build this heavy duty battery against not so good innards. The company holds a modest MediaTek chipset, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory.

Well after not so much appreciation, the Chinese company has given this handset another chance with sleeker look and better design with battery advanced enough to avoid heating issues.

The successor of K10000 which Qukitel plans launch is K10000S.The new K10000S will be slimmer with the same 10000mAh battery. The back side will be leather-like to have more premium look.

It will not be high-end though there is major market for smartphone with large batteries to sustain for longer battery life in case of more usage. As far as the price of previous model is concerned, it is $240 outright. The new model will have something similar or around.
