The in-house payment system introduced by Samsung, which is known as Samsung Pay, has reached the 6.44 million users. This record is achieved based on the records checked till September this year.

This much number of customers makes Samsung Pay the most famous online transaction platform only in South Korea. These statistics were actually presented by the WiseApp, which is an industry tracker for users of Android.

About a year ago, there were more than half the subscribers of Samsung Pay than this year in September. Second to Samsung Pay is ISP/Paybooc, which has 3.99 million users. Moreover, there are 2.64 million subscribers of Shinhan Fan, and the fourth most famous platform is Toss, which has 2.2. million users.

There are a total of 37 million users of Android only in South Korea. And most of these users are using multiple payment platforms. Currently, Samsung Pay is available in 20 countries and it works in all the high-tech as well as mid-range Samsung phones.
