Xiaomi Redmi 2A has been recently announced in China with an attractive price tag of $97. It packs Leadcore chipset whose company was acquired by Xiaomi last year. Redmi 2A is an affordable variant of Redmi 2. The device comes with 4.7-inch 720p display and runs on a Leadcore L1860C chipset, which offers quad-core 1.5GHz CPU and Mali-T628MP2 GPU. Camera-wise, it as an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front shooter.The device is LTE-enabled with dual-SIM dual standby. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with MIUI ontop. The smartphone is powered by a  2,200mAh battery.
