The upcoming Google Phablet Huawei Nexus will likely to feature 128GB RAM, according to Android Police. The Huawei Nexus Tablet is dubbed 6P. Currently, for comparison, the Motorola Nexus 6 is available with 32GB and 64GB variants featuring non-expandable memory.In addition to this 6P will also come in 32GB and 64GB of memory with each tier separated by 50-100 dollars.
However, the phablet is not likely to feature any expandable storage.The Nexus 6P further packsQualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset with 3GB of RAM. Also it comes with 5.7-inch QHD display.
