As long as we rely on rumors for OnePlus 3, leaks have shown that the device will sport 6GB of RAM. But the recent FCC and TENNA certifications have also listed a bit meeker variant. The 4GB RAM configuration has been found part of the certification documents and is outed, thus, purporting that OnePlus 3 might have two RAM options.

It is however ambiguous that how the bigger model will differ from the smaller sibling. Apparently, the 6GB RAM is likely to come with 64GB internal storage while the 4GB version will pack half of it. The combinations alter a bit in previous listing with 4GB RAM also supporting a 64GB built-in storage. The chipset might not differ, which is SD 820, when it comes to both versions while we still have to wait till the next news comes.
