Sony has recently visited a Benchmark and probably this is the first time its major spec sheet has come into sight. The device was spotted on Benchmark’s database which means that Z4 is in its testing phase.

According to the data revealed, Z4 comes with 5.1-inch 1080p touchscreen. It runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 chipset with 3GB RAM and 32GB native storage. Camera wise, it has a 20MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front snapper. The connectivity options include Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and Wi-Fi. It runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

The Model number E6553 has been assumed to be the next Xperia Z4 due to the naming convention. The letter changes every year; for Z2 (2014) it was D (D65xx) while the Z3 was D66xx. As the series show E6553, it is very likely to be the model number for Xperia Z4.
