MWC is on its way and the news about various brands participating in it is in the rumor mill. It is expected that Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One (M9) or Hima will be showcased. The rumors are that Sony might not appear with next generation i.e. Xperia Z4. The Japanese manufacture usually launch its next generation at the end of March but this time sources claim that this may be extended to summer. It can be seen that Sony is not talking much about the next Model in line which means no show up in Barcelona. Meanwhile, Sony has announced purple version of Sony Xperia Z3 thus making Z3 alive again in the market. Some of the rumored specs of Xperia Z4 are already in news. It packs beastly Snapdragon 810 SoC, 4GB of RAM and a 5.2-inch display with QHD and Full HD resolution, and an alleged certification from Japan. Well with this rare info one can expect the status of Sony participation in MWC.

But surely we need more than mid-rangers to be presented by Sony in the event.
