Sony Xperia XZ Premium Passed the Durability Test!

In a test, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium’s screen was tested with different picks, on the Mohs scale. As in the case of all other device’s Gorilla Glass-coated display, the phone scratches at a level 6. The phone’s back is made out of glass as well that protects the LED flash from scratching with ease. The camera lens is glass as well. The buttons on the side of the device are metal, but the railings are made out of plastic.

A burn test was also conducted by applying a flame directly onto the screen for ten seconds until the pixels turn black. Then a bent test took place, and it was found that regardless of what direction the XZ Premium was flexed from, it did not break nor the display popped off.
