Previously we assumed that Sony will only concentrate on X series in the coming two years. But recently, it has been rumored that its Xperia E5 will soon be out and about. The device has surfaced in various rumors in Russia including this one.

Last month two handset of Sony with model number the Sony F3216 and the Sony F3311 were spotted at GFXBencch. The devices had 4.6-inch screen with first carrying a pixel resolution of 1080 x 1920 resolution. The device runs on MediaTek Helio P10 SoC with an octa-core 1.9GHz CPU and the Mali-T860 GPU for graphics. Camera-wise, the device sport a 21MP camera at rear, with a 16MP front facer for video chats and Selfies.

The second handset is a bit low in pixel resolution 720 x 1280 HD with MediaTek 6735 chipset running the handset under the hood. Further it carries 1.5GB RAM. It has 16MP rear camera and 5MP front unit.

The model number the F3311, was spotted in a leaked compliance document in Russia, which follows certain rules of Customs Union. As per memo, the F3311 is alleged Sony Xperia E5. As far as the F3216 is concerned, this sounds close to something Xperia Compact model.
