So even if you pre-order it will take a while to get it delivered at your doorstep. The Xperia comes with 4.7-inch 540 x 960 touchscreen. It’s powered by MediaTek’s MT6732 chipset which packs 1.5 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable internal storage. It is powered by 2,300mAh battery.
