The Samsung Galaxy A7 official launch news has been in the air. Previously, only the launch rumors were making rounds in the South Korean market, now the sources have announced the official launch date i.e. January 14. Galaxy A5 will also be announced along with A7 for the first time in South Korea. A7 will be the most advanced and largest handset in A series with physical dimensions measuring 150.9 x 75.9 x 6.3 mm. It is also reported as Sammy’s thinnest smartphone.

The specs and features include5.5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels, 5 MP front-facing camera, 13 MP rear camera, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage space, and a 2500 mAh battery.  It is powered by anocta-core 1.5 GHz processor with probably 64-bit Snapdragon 615. It will run Android 4.4 KitKat on board which we may expect to get updated to Lollipop not long after launch.

Apart from Korea, Galaxy A7 is also ready for launch in China. After these two markets we are expecting Sammy to launch the device globally. But this is yet unconfirmed that whether Galaxy7 will remain in Asian market or will be shipped outside the continent too.
