For the past few weeks, we have been listening that Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will have 4000mAh battery which is 33% hike from the previous. But now, as per recent report, the device is likely to pack a battery of 3600mAh battery which is 20% increase from the predecessor.

Rumors assert 2nd August unveiling of Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

The rumor came from Russian blogger Murtazin whose track record for forecasting specs is not very reliable. Thus we can still go for the much reliable Evan Blass and others where the 5.8-inch whopping screen needs a heftier battery of up to 4000mAh. However, Murtazin confirmed that the phablet will be launched on 2^nd of August in an unpacked event.

One rumor is not in line with previous speculations but the other confirms what we have heard already. We may not know what is true for the time being but take everything with low dose of salt as nothing has been officially confirmed and everything is still whirling in the rumor mill.
