Though it was rumored quite often, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini never turned out to be a reality. Now the only predecessor if any other Mini is announced is S5 Mini. It came out to be very different from S5 not only in terms of its size but also the specs.

None in the Mini-series Line up has ever packed the specs of its bigger sibling, showing a stark contrast of what Sony Z Compact Line-up had offered for its devices.

This time it has been rumored that the S7 Mini will unfollow the previously settled traditions. According to the report from Taiwan, the S7 Mini will compete with iPhone SE and will allegedly launch with high-end specs.

The S7 mini will allegedly be a 4.6-inch 720p touchscreen, and will either run the Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 chipset with 3GB of RAM. Camera-wise, it will have a 12 MP main camera and will be 9.9 mm thick.

This is just a speculation right now, if there is really something to be brought forward by Sammy. Moreover, if Samsung really is working on a Galaxy S7 Mini, then we are likely to hear a lot about it in the coming few weeks.
