PTCL introduces special Pashto Helpline for customers

It is just that PTCL is becoming more specific or more regional that is why it has currently introduced another particular language in its Helpline. This time Pashto has been added to the services. PTCL is already working on two mainstream languages like Urdu and English.This is definitely an effort to get more close to Pakhtun customers

as it is the second most spoken language of Pakistan needing a special focus. Also the area like KPK and FATA will receive the major attention, further, 25% of Pakhtun lives in Karachi.

Other than this Telecommunication limited will soon be deploying Sindhi language in its Helpline services. In order to get more information regarding the PTCL Customer Services ‎Helpline in Pashto language, the customers are required to dial 0800-80800 or 1236 or 1218.
