Previously, it has been rumored that Niantic is working on next generation Pokémon. Recently, the company has confirmed it existence and speculation are that it will be official this week. Niantic has given a statement confirming that over 80 Pokémon from the Gold and Silver generation will out this week, with some gender-specific tweaks.

Pokémon Go next generation will become official this week.

The new version will come with new creatures and improvement in some old ones. Further, Pokémon will have some additional behavior but Niantic did not specify how. The UI will be interactive sharing access to options that usually lies in menus.

Speaking of the accessories, the two berries will be very dominant – Nanab Berries and Pinap Berries. The first will keep down the pace of Pokémon, making it easier to catch. The second will help you get the candy twice you’d normally get if your next throw successfully catches the critter.

Lastly, you will have the option to customize your avatar with a collection of hats, shirts, pants, and “other items”.

So far so good the next generation seems exciting and we do have gut feeling that it will be more engaging then previous with more fun to catch Pokémon. Especially, in the spring, with amazing colors, we have all reason to go and play it.
