Oppo has recently unveiled it plans regarding manufacturing of smartphones in India. Mike Wang, CEO of Chinese Company’s Indian Subsidiary, announced that it will manufacture one million smartphones in one month.

Wand also cleared that the design engineering of units will get done in China but will be manufactured in the manufacturing facility at Noida, neighbor of New Delhi. He further revealed that the phones will be manufactured “local level customization for the India market.”

Oppo will manufacture 1 million 4G phones in one month in India

There was no Intel on which kind of phones and models will get manufactured in India. However, it did mention that the price range of these models will be between INR. 10,000 – INR. 20, 000 range. Foxconn is also manufacturing Oppo smartphones in India. However, Wang confirmed that this will not affect the arrangements made for Noida Facility.
