BlackBerry announced in September that it will not design BlackBerry phones on its own. For manufacturing, the company will now consult its partners and they will make and sell smartphone.

Blackberry for this reason has announced a new partnership. Now BlackBerry phones will be sold via TCL.  TCL is Chinese multinational company which sells mobile phones with brand name Alcatel.

Before that TCL has sold two BB smartphones dubbed DTEK50 and DTEK60.

As per press release by BlackBerry, it will release software and service suite License to TCL communication.

TCL will not only manufacture BlackBerry smartphones but also sell it.

BlackBerry also works for security and software solutions.
